Since 1916, this historic schoolhouse has housed students and teachers and blackboards and chalk. It’s had a few additions throughout the years, including an expansion, a gymnasium, and now lots of upgrades that have done more than produce 24 apartments in Ballentine Lofts, but created 24 cozy homes. The rich wood floors, wide hallways, and even the blackboards have been kept and tenderly restored to celebrate this building that has stood for over a century.
